Alt-tab into another window activates rotate camera

On Linux, when I alt-tab into another window and then back into citybound, the camera rotates with the mouse, as if I was holding down the alt key (I'm not). This happened on both the browser and native rust version. Don't know if it happens on other platforms.

It’s because Citybound only sees the key down event but then never gets the key up event because you switch away from it. I’ll see if I can detect loss of being in the foreground and then reset all keys
