Adds ScrAPD to the Austin Transportation's ETL system. The task will collect information about the traffic fatalities reported by the Austin Police Department on http://austintexas.gov/department/news/296. The results will be stored in a Google Sheets.

Oh, that was our first idea to retrieve data and create our data sets. Now we have have own pipelines, so we can close this issue. |
