Additional APIs may be useful for redundancy, in case any given provider is offline. Currently, only https://www.ipify.org is used.

From the list in https://github.com/ripienaar/free-for-dev#apis-data-and-ml, additional services can be added.

Rate limits for services:

https://ipapi.co/ - 30k/month
https://ipinfo.io/ - 1k/day (50k/month with free account + token, but I don't think I will support tokens)
https://getjsonip.com/ - no limit
