Thanks @paw-lu ! I'd say let's merge this as is. By 2022 (when the next LTS comes out) and hopefully much earlier, the User Guide should contain native instructions for Windows, instead of WSL. Could you unmark this as Draft? You can rebase on master to fix the checks, but I'm happy to merge it anyway if you don't find the time. |

Upgrade Ubuntu version in Windows Subsystem for Linux section of the guide to 20.04. We might consider just leaving the version out of the guide to prevent it from needing to be periodically upgraded.
