New iA tweaks

OK, following people's feedback here's the plan of attack on getting the iA ready for beta:

• Add dataset: There should be a add dataset button on every page in the header
• Sidebar spacing: Add more between modules
• Tags on homepage are odd when you have long tag names
• Header text: overflows with textual logo and not image logo
• Header search bar: shouldn't be rounded and should be wider
• Related items: Add related item button on page
• "No full name": user profile bug
• User links in header: Tooltips should be more concise

@johnmartin it might be better to make an issue for each of these that way they are not dependent on each other and they can be discussed if needed. Maybe not this time but maybe next.
