Fixes #4608

Proposed fixes:

Just strip the path from the filename when the jQuery file upload plugin receives a file.

Features:

  • includes tests covering changes
  • includes updated documentation
  • includes user-visible changes
  • includes API changes
  • includes bugfix for possible backport
