Provide detailed reproduction steps (if any)

  1. Open sample: http://cdn.ckeditor.com/4.12.1/full-all/samples/old/image2/image2.html (4.13.0 has a bug which occurs before this one)
  2. Add 2 line of text before image, with the same styling, for example, simple paragraphs
  3. Set up image align to none.
  4. Start to select part of the 2nd paragraph above the image, and finish over the image.
  5. Press ctrl+x to cut the selected content

Expected result

text from the paragraph is removed

Actual result

text is removend and both paragraph as merged into one

  • OS: MacOS
  • CKEditor version: Checked on 4.7.0, 4.10.0, 4.12.0, 4.12.1
