Expected result

Styles will have possibility to be translated.
Some examples below what names are currently not translated:

• big
• small
• marker
• subtitle
• etc.

Actual result

Styles are always in English, because they get names from this file: https://github.com/ckeditor/ckeditor-dev/blob/master/styles.js
