After:

Switch to ESLint #366
and perhaps Configure CodeClimate and bring back badges #372 too

We can work on adding some custom rules, to prevent popular issues.

Some ideas:

relative/absolute imports validation (see Import from - relative or absolute path? ckeditor5-design#152),
API docs formatting,
missing @module definitions, missing license banners, order of things (banner, docs, imports),
etc.
