Follow-up of: #5296

Now ContextualBalloon takes the position of the first panel in the stack and sets for each panel. And this is OK in general but when position of the first panel won't be optimal for some panel then balloon should take position options of currently visible panel.

Is this still a problem?

It's more a very minor enhancement than a problem.
