foreignObject会随着svg一起缩放吗 #82

经过测试又如下结论：

foreignObject中写正常的html会随着html一起缩放
foreignObject中如果有绝对定位相对定位会有很大的问题(有问题的那个例子有一点是外层svg也是绝对定位, 这个svg浮在一个canvas之上，暂时不清楚是否有这个影响)
foreignObject中写htm了，如果需要12号以下字体，如果使用transform: scale来缩放会有很大的问题，正常html中可以这个得到12px以下字体，很奇怪
