Immediate milestones:

• GDPR (!!) We've been advised that care is necessary in the transition from PyPDF2 to PyPDF4. Phaseit needs to take a day or two to assess its liability and responsibilities.)
• Submit current to PyPI [1.27.0 on 7 August 2018]
• Correct tests/test_filters.py
• Migrate documentation from pythonhosted.org (to readthedocs.org?)
• Grants of write privileges
• Write "PyPDF4 'Hello, World'" page -- the samples and such are in worse shape than I realized Possibly completed by PR #14
• Document version compatibility
• Release version that is Pylint-clean
• More announcements
• Pylintrc
• Think about tasks vs. pull requests
• Think about where to host docs
• Update old docs
• Organize and address outstanding pull requests
• Think about mailing list (?)
• Consider book
• Write what is it good for? page
• Start to define service levels
• Consider distinction between tests and examples. Latter focus on pedagogy (including FDF, ...)
