It's not uncommon to see date values like 0 or 0000-00-00 etc. While 0 can be a valid year (note that the date is invalid with 0 for month or day), these are in practice defaults, placeholders or indicate unknown/unspecified. Therefore exclude them for processing as temporal coverage values. See #115.

Point of attention is how to deal with ranges such as [0 TO 2000] (e.g. https://vlo.clarin.eu/record/http_58__47__47_hdl.handle.net_47_11022_47_1009-0000-0000-FB62-7_64_format_61_cmdi)
