If descriptions are available in multiple content languages, show the English description first in the VLO web app. This is particularly relevant for the search results; consider for example these Finnish records most of which have descriptions in English and Finnish, well marked with @xml:lang. Finnish is usually shown first (or only, depending on the length of the description) because it appears first in the metadata. However since the user interface is in English it would be preferable to show English first.

Represent [content language information] in the webapp by (in case of multiple languages) showing the language alternatives (with language labels/flags/...) and possibly showing the description in language matching the client's locale if available (or maybe always English as long as the VLO is in English).
