Now that the CI is properly setup we should add CD as well. For the following reasons (but not limited to):

Sync between Hackage / GitHub / Launchpad / Snapcraft / ...
Easier to do backports of bugfixes / really important features

Clash is now automatically published on Snapcraft and Hackage.
