Droppables will randomly interact when dragging over empty space on the bottom of scrolled container v2

Regarding this closed issue - #239
I've created new code-sandbox without unnecessary elements - this is now just two draggables on the left and bunch of droppables inside table cells.

On full screen example - https://6hizq.csb.app/ - you can see that there is no other scrolls, the only one is needed for table-wrapper. This is of course simplified form of much more complex layout, so scroll cannot be removed from this element.
I would appreciate it if you could look into it.
