Example of using Nokogiri to parse PubMed XML. Requires Rails 3.0.4 and Nokogiri 1.4.4.

Migrate the database and run the app. Enter PubMed URLs that have the Pubmed ID at the end, such as:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21317303
