Improvements

This has the following improvements:

• Resolves local packages
• Resolves files in local packages, so it also can resolve the actual imported objects
• Caches some information for better performance
• Some bug fixes

It does assume node version 4+, so that means meteor 1.4+

Pff, one of my new years resolutions was to get less side projects. On the other hand it's a small one and we're getting close to february, so I guess I could if you don't want to maintain it anymore.

@clayne11 I recently took up a more active role within Meteor, so now I'd be ok with taking up maintenance of this package.

One of the initiatives is to move a lot of commonly used third-party packages under a community organization so ownership can more easily be transferred if a maintainer decides to abandon a project: https://github.com/Meteor-Community-Packages .

Would you be willing to transfer this package under the organization so we can continue working on this?
