Wireless-tools appears to be a necessary dependency on Noetic and Melodic; without the package installed this line will fail.

Looks like the new hotness here might be iw, per: https://www.tecmint.com/deprecated-linux-networking-commands-and-their-replacements/

Not sure how much you care to update; approved either way and you can decide.

For the short-term I think sticking with iwconfig is fine; we can upgrade to the new commands later at a later date if necessary.
