Don't allow updates to version prior to 0.14.1

Bundle need to stay in 0.14.1 due to depency on CL/Slack/Util/PayloadFactory that doesn't exist on version prior to 0.14.1

You should consider merge the refactored-due-to-factory-removal with master because master branch is currently breaking because of that dependency.

Thanks for reporting! Merging the PR asap, it contains a slightly adjusted version of what you're proposing, but does the same work (only using ~0.15.1)
