Feature Request: "Add Location", a la foobar2000 (NOT "Add Stream")

foobar2000, a Windows player, has an "Add by location" button that takes file paths, URLs, whatever you feed it basically. Clementine offers no such function. Add Stream is NOT the same, because it only accepts Shoutcast streams (as far as I can tell).

Mostly requesting as a workaround for #6147, because pasting a Spotify URL into the player would be easier than editing XSPF files by hand.
