Auto numbering of tracks

If you've added a sequence of untagged tracks to the playlist you should be
able to select them all, right click on them, and assign track numbers in

Really, it shouldn't be limited to untagged tracks. One useful feature of Amarok's
behavior in this is that if the first track is tagged with a track number, the rest
will autoincrement off of this. This is handy for doing 101-120, 201-218 -style
tagging of multi-cd albums.

Added track auto-numbering, starting from the track number of the first selected
track (if set). The menu entry should probably get a different icon though.
