Set up a mysql database and user then run the following command:
 
  mysql -u username -p < dblayout.sql


after that copy all the /htdocs/ files to your hosting and download the latest
smarty template engine from http://www.smarty.net and copy it to
/htdocs/library/smarty/

your web server needs write access to /htdocs/data/compile/
