Viewer not authorized to delete

There's a repo in my organization and I created an issue for this repo via gh issue create --title "test github cli" --body "Is this ok?", and then I tried to delete that issue via gh issue delete 2 and got the error information

I thought I am the organization owner, I have permission to do this delete operation, but can't, why?

Hi, even though you are an organization owner, I'm not sure if that automatically extends admin rights to every repository in your organization. To delete issues, you need to be a repo admin. Could you go to your repository settings and check which are your privileges there?

I see, I didn’t understand the logic of deleting an issue before, issues only can be deleted by who has the rights to. The gh command line is no exception. Thank you.
