Describe the bug
This is a bit of an edge case, but if you are an admin in a project and are not part of the organisation of that project, it just shows your first organisation in your personal List when editing a project.
So if I edit this project by Stecker-Solaer it shows Forum 1.5 as the organisation in edit project because I'm not part of the Stecker-Solaer group. Still saves correctly though.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
You need a project owned by an organisation that you are not part of. If you then edit the project it shows the first Org in your personal Organisation dropdown.

Expected behavior
The dropdown field to change the organization should be shown but disabled so that the user is not be able to change the organisation if they are not part of it.
