Describe the bug
Embedded Youtube Videos do not scale to the correct with on mobile and cause the page to scroll horizontally

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to project page with an embedded youtube video on mobile (e.g. https://climateconnect.earth/de/projects/5-june-world-environment-day-2024). To embed a YouTube video locally you simply need to go through the "Share project" GUI on localhost and include a YouTube link in the description of a video.
Scroll down to video and see bug

Expected behavior
Video should scale to 100% width
