clj-kondo chokes on string namespaces in require

CLJS projects can have string namespaces. E.g.:

(ns myapp
  (:require [reagent.core :as r :refer [atom]]
            ["react-native" :as rn :refer [AppRegistry]]
            ["react-native-navigation" :as rnn]
            [env]))

Currently clj-kondo chokes on processing theses file. Moreover, it doesn't process the rest of the directory when one of the files is not readable. Both issues should be fixed.
