Update Basic Web Development section

Not sure whether anyone is actively maintaining this page but someone pointed out on Slack that it's relying on some very old versions of the libraries (and the code examples don't work with more recent versions):

The java.jdbc stuff, in particular, is long out of date (and that section of the ecosystem docs will be getting a major overhaul shortly).
