Azure - Remove bad examples from resources

It appears we have copy/pasted a terrible example policy into a very significant number of the resource documentation pages

It is hard to imagine a worse sample policy than a mark-for-op delete action that has nothing to do with the resource the page is about. As a user looking at these resources I would be confused and irritated. We need to get these all removed and replaced with some relevant example as soon as possible.
