Sparked by @jomalsan's experience with the docs, here is a refactor of the container host documentation.

I am splitting the "tutorial" stuff into dedicated tutorials for each hosting method that we support and keeping the main Container Host document as a reference doc.

If this approach looks good, I will create the tutorial for kubernetes/helm deployment as well.

Some general notes, I will walk through the aci deployment step by step tomorrow and once you write the instructions for the helm deployment I will test that as well

This reads very well. I will go through it step by step tomorrow to make sure that each step works

There are 3 important environment variables that are specific to the container host.
Once the Azure Container Host is deployed, any policies uploaded to blob storage are automatically
loaded and running against an Azure Subscription. This makes it very easy to manage and run a large
