This is basically a maintenance release for the new version of AppAPI:
- smaller docker image size
- automatic installation of PyTorch for the selected hardware accelerator in Deploy Daemon
- project is on hold, as we in free time are doing Vix for working with images, that can be ported to Nextcloud 30 in future
