Fix: use RelFileNodeId instead of Oid for relfilenode.

Currently, relfilenode is extended from 32 bit(Oid) to 64 bit(RelFileNodeId). But Oid is still used for relfilenode in some cases, fix those cases through replacing Oid with RelFileNodeId.
