I have modified the stack.sh file with better support for Quantum. It adds the linux-headers package needed for building the ovs-plugin and updates the ovs plugin config file with the same MySQL password configured earlier in the script so the Quantum service can start

Matt: we moved the code for devstack into gerrit. Can you re-propose this via git-review?

Do I need to be added to a group in Gerrit? My username is mattmcclean.

I assume also that it needs to be submitted to the
openstack-dev/devstack project as I see it has moved from
cloudbuilders/devstack.

correct. You should be able to submit code without any additions.
