After running bbr backup and restore cf CLI forgets API

After running backup and restore, when we run a cf command, the API is no longer known.

$ cf l -u admin

API endpoint>

I do not expect to be prompted for the API.

We have created an issue in Pivotal Tracker to manage this. Unfortunately, the Pivotal Tracker project is private so you may be unable to view the contents of the story.

Hi @shalako, We cant seem to reproduce this issue. can you please provide more details about your scenario. (Are you sure you aren't running DRATS? This was an issue with DRATS in the past; now each test case gets its own $CF_HOME.)
