What is this change about?

The currently used version of json is vulnerable:

This change updates the gems to the latest version with no known vulnerabilities. bundle update json was used to ensure indirect dependencies are updated as well.

Please provide contextual information.

What tests have you run against this PR?

  • unit tests (all succeeding besides two unrelated NATS cert tests which fail due to changed OpenSSL error messages and two bosh-common tests which also fail on the main branch)

How should this change be described in bosh release notes?

  • bump json gem

Does this PR introduce a breaking change?

No.
