    * Add env var "DEBUG" to get fog debug loggings on azure
* Add env var "EXCON_DEBUG" to get fog debug loggings on S3-Compatible Blobstore type
* Add env var "ALIYUN_OSS_SDK_LOG_LEVEL=debug" to get fog debug loggings on Alicloud
