Fix dir problem when p2p

X plat hctimeout feature

Rpc feature #ci failed

1. app link eixt 255 because terminal output to large(fix by modify buildpack) 2. app crash but not destory because hang in call warden copy_out.(just skip this operation)

测有点问题，主要原因是Gemfile.lock的问题，先过再修。

fix Gemfile.lock

rm coco

skip copy out to avoid rsync hangup but cause problem in stage revert tash.rb and modify instance.rb may cause a spec not pass.

@wangxiangyu This commit is simply too large and branches from too far back for us to merge. We prefer small focused commits. If there is a large issue you would like to have resolved, I would recommend discussing it first on vcap-dev if you have not already done so. This way the community can provide some input and come up with a workflow that allows for small standalone pull requests.
