'Are you logged in' dialog seen on logging out page #4468

whilst on the log out page the 'are you here' style dialog was shown
think this might be because the dialog was not exercised and in the background we transistion to the logging out page
alternatively maybe we were already on the logging out page and there was an error... and the logged in service fired
