Sort endpoint table by type results in empty sort drop down in cf endpoints list

• also applies to kube endpoints list
• when we go from endpoint list to cf/kube endpoint list we basically clone the endpoint list's pagination section including the sort values
• so if endpoint list is sorted by type and user goes to cf endpoint list the type is reapplied... though we don't acknolwedge type in cf lists... so sort field drop down is empty
