500 error for invalid request

If I submit an update (http://docs.cloudfoundry.com/uaa/#update49) request through the API that does not contain a field documented as required (for example, if I omit userName) the server returns a 500 error code. According to the doc it should return a 400.

(Tested using pcfdev 0.15 and 0.16)
