[Feature]: Allow to specify roles when using the "Cluster" chart

Is there an existing issue already for this feature request/idea?

• I have searched for an existing issue, and could not find anything. I believe this is a new feature request to be evaluated.

What problem is this feature going to solve? Why should it be added?

The cluster chart is helpful for getting started with cnpg. However, it does not offer a way to modify the database roles (via Cluster's spec.managed.roles).

I would be helpful if spec.managed.roles could be configured via the cluster option in values.yaml.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Currently, as a workaround, I've pre-rendered the chart files and then modified them manually. to add the managed roles.
