BUMP

Version update of cloudposse/s3-log-storage/aws is critical since the current pinned version uses an old version of cloudposse/label/null - this is causing an issue if one uses any of the new features in cloudposse/label/null in a module that depends on this module.

In my specific case, I a using the tenant-label in cloudposse/alb/aws and getting errors since cloudposse/s3-log-storage/aws doesn't support the tenant-label.
