hz 生成新项目时，生成的编译脚本未考虑win环境，在win下生成的build.sh 是无法使用的

直接运行 main.go 就可以，windows 场景的优先级不高，实际部署还是在 linux，不过欢迎感兴趣欢迎提 pr，条件编译控制一下生成内容就可以，暂时加到新手任务。
