Add a setting in the sidebar that's stored with a cookie to change the default length. This would still be limited by presets but will go as close to it as possible.

Also fixes the sitemap, scrolls to presets selected with arrow keys, moved to webpack 5, other seo changes, loading in fonts will work a bit better and fiddles with the Giphy logo
