The goal for this iteration is to render all Greek and Latin author data from the old Perseus source.

@christophermorse has converted the XML to JSON. He will get us metadata snippets, from this JSON, for each author's text.

@lukehollis and I have agreed upon URI logic (not perfect but workable)

I will finish the backend in this repo while Luke and @pickering-paul will take the lead on the frontend.
