Windows build and explicit driver selection #39

This includes:

project files changes and two code changes to fix building with VisualStudio.
flip image in the wdm driver (this was a regression in Port to OpenCV 4.6.0 #38)
list cameras for each driver, letting the user choose the device and driver to use.

wxLANGUAGE_SPANISH_MODERN is a synonym for wxLANGUAGE_SPANISH.

Use the same target type as the declaration of the overload we call. This compiles both with gcc and VS.

Regression introduced by port to newer OpenCV. Before we did set the images' "origin" attribute.

Let the user choose explicitly both the device and the driver.
