Не работают карты привязанные по двум 
точкам.
Например "C:\OziExplorer\Index Maps\World Index.map"

gauss() завершается с ошибкой, "Error - singular matrix.", 
в итоге переменные bind.Kx, bind.Ky, bind.Klat, bind.Klon 
остаются иниализированными начальными 
(случайными) значениями

Для "C:\OziExplorer\Maps\World.map" (тоже двухточечник) 
гаусс работает, но потом ll_to_xy() возвращает 
фигню
