I think we need ways to make logging in both the GSDs and log files more accessible and editable.

I imagine having functions to both 1) See what is being logged, and where 2) add/remove what is being logged and where.

Also, we should have a custom logger that can log the properties we added to Simulation. For example, logging density, simulation time, etc..
