Adjusted Categorical object instantiation in determine_analysis_type() by adding ".astype(str)". Changed cases of xdata to _data in analyze().
Bugfix categorical bool type fix
Improved documentation automation. Split index.md into multiple pages. Added the detailed descriptions on each analysis type.
Added versions to requirements.txt.
Fixing a 2.7 scipy version dependency.
