Update mkFit JSON configuration files for CMSSW_12_2_0

Update of per-iteration JSON files for mkFit configuration, as per PR cms-sw/cmsdist#7427 and cms-sw/cmssw#35974.

Note: this PR was updated in response to BTV results in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/PDMVRELVALS-136.
